Last night shortly after 23:30 hours Boston EMS, Boston Fire and Boston Police Officers from District C-11 responded to 252 Adams Street in Dorchester for an unknown medical. This was shortly after units responded to a person shot just blocks away.
When they arrived on scene an older African-American male was found laying at the foot of a stair case. The man was not breathing and a pulse could not be found. CPR was initiated and after a extended extrication the man was transported to a local area hospital.
Witnesses to the incident described hearing a loud thud before finding the man in distress. Boston Police originally made full notifications due to the condition of the man and facts surrounding the incident however the that decision was reversed upon further investigation.
No further information is available and the man’s condition is unknown at this time. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
