Further investigation into the rear passenger, later identified as Michael Tabb, 24 years old of Hyde Park, revealed a firearm in his waistband. After a violent struggle where the passenger repeatedly attempted to grab and gain control of the fire arm on his person, officers were able to safely remove the firearm and place Tabb into handcuffs. The firearm, a black Glock 43 was loaded with (1) round of ammunition in the chamber and (7) rounds in the magazine.
