Woman Stabbed in Car Escapes

Monday at approximately 01:30 hours, Boston Police assigned to District C-6 responded to a 911 call for a woman claiming to have been stabbed by a man while in the car.

She said that the man refused to let her out of the car, when she broke free and ran to flag down a State Trooper that happened to be in the area. Boston EMS was called in and transported her to a local area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries including a stab wound to her face.

Shortly after, Boston Police Officers stopped the vehicle on the onramp to 95 attempting to flee, and he was taken into custody. No further information is available at this time.
