Woman Killed in Daytime Shooting in Roslindale

At about 1:18 PM on Thursday, July 29, 2021, officers assigned to District E-5 (West Roxbury) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of Corinth Street and Birch Street in Roslindale. On arrival, officers located an adult female victim suffering an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local area hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and is asking anyone with information relative to this investigation to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
