At approximately 23:55 hours on September 28th, Boston Police Officers assigned to District B-2 responded to the area of Saint Alphonsus Street and McGreevey Way, in the Mission Hill area of Roxbury for reports of 5+ rounds fired. Officers located no victims or suspects in the immediate area on arrival and began to investigate. Numerous rounds were reported however there was no ShotSpotter activation for this incident.
At least 9 spent shell casings were located in the area however no ballistic damage was located. District Detectives were called in to photograph and process evidence. At this time further information is available and there is no public suspect information.
