At approximately 13:20 hours today, Boston Police from District B2 responded to a call for shots fired, with witnesses reporting at least 6 rounds in the area of Rockland St in Roxbury. On arrival, officers located multiple spent shell casings, which were recovered for evidence.
One victim fled in a vehicle, before subsequently crashing about a block away. Officers quickly located the victim and began to render aid. Boston EMS is transporting the victim to a local area trauma center.
