Members of the City Wide Drug Control Unit, in Conjunction with the C-6 Drug Control Unit executed a search warrant that was the result of a three-month investigation into the illegal sale of fentanyl. As a result of the search, warrant officers arrested Pascual Lara, 30, of Boston.






As part of a months-long investigation, Officers applied for and were granted a search warrant for the Person of Lara. Upon executing the search warrant, officers recovered over 40 grams of fentanyl. Officers were then able to apply for and receive an additional warrant for the residence at 155 Eustis street. This warrant led to the recovery of an additional 142 grams of fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia.

Lara was charged and arraigned in Roxbury District Court on four (4) counts of Trafficking Class A (Fentanyl), and three counts of Distribution Class A (Fentanyl.
