On March 11, 2022, Investigators assigned to the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force in conjunction with the D-14 (Allston/Brighton) Drug Control Unit placed Micah Gordon, 19, of West Roxbury, under arrest following the execution of a search warrant at 46 Westgate Road.
The search warrant was applied for and granted out of Newton District court for the target and his residence of 46 Westgate Road in West Roxbury. As a result, Officers were able to recover and seize a Hi-Point model C9 firearm along with fentanyl, Adderall, and Xanax along with $652.00 in U.S. Currency.
Gordon is to be charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A Drugs (Fentanyl), Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drugs (Adderall), and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C Drugs (Xanax
Micah Gordon is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
