Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force Arrest Male for Human Trafficking

On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at approximately 6:30 PM, Detectives assigned to the Boston Police Human Trafficking Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit Officers of the Boston Police Street Outreach Unit, and Officers assigned to District B-2 and working in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police High-Risk Victims Unit, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, addressing the increasingly high levels of exploitation observed within the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Melena Cass Boulevard and surrounding areas.

The aforementioned participating agencies conducted observations in the Massachusetts Avenue and Rusfield Street areas. The goal of this operation was to identify exploiters/traffickers, commercial sex buyers, and as a result, four adult males were summonsed for solicitation of prostitution. Detectives arrested Keon Boggs, 40, of Boston, and charged him with Trafficking for Sexual Servitude. Keon Boggs is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
