At about 11:30 AM, on April 2, 2022, officers assigned to the District D-14 Drug Control Unit (Brighton), District A-1 Drug Control Unit (Downtown) and District D-4 Drug Control Unit (South End), executed a search warrant out of Dorchester District Court for Anthony Gerald, 34, of Dorchester.




The suspect, Anthony Gerald was located in the area of 3 Sawyer Avenue, Dorchester and as a result of the search warrant officer recovered; A firearm determined to be a Beretta 950 .25, loaded with seven rounds of ammunition, one plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine, one plastic baggie containing a white rock substance believed to be crack cocaine, one bag containing a green leafy herb believed to be marijuana, four white pills, four digital scale’s and approximately $2,200.00 in USC.

Anthony Gerald was placed under arrest and charged with; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Drugs (Cocaine), Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Drugs (Crack Cocaine) and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D, Drugs (Marijuana). He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
